HUSAY respects your privacy and is designed to use only the information necessary to provide its features.

This Privacy Policy explains how HUSAY accesses, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the HUSAY website, Google Sheets extensions, Google Workspace add-ons, and related services.

By using HUSAY, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. About HUSAY

HUSAY creates tools that extend Google Sheets and Google Workspace to simplify repetitive and time-consuming tasks.

Some HUSAY tools connect to Google services and APIs to retrieve, process, or organize information requested by the user.

HUSAY is an independent product and is not created, operated, or endorsed by Google.

2. Information HUSAY May Access

The information HUSAY accesses depends on the tool and feature you choose to use.

Google Account Information

When authorization is required, HUSAY uses Google's OAuth authorization system.

Depending on the permissions required by a HUSAY tool, this may include basic Google Account information such as your email address or account identifier.

HUSAY does not ask for or receive your Google Account password.

Google Sheets Data

HUSAY tools may require permission to view, create, or modify Google Sheets in order to perform the actions you request.

Access is used only to provide the functionality of the HUSAY tool you are using.

Google Analytics and Search Console Data

Some features of HUSAY SEO Suite may request access to Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

This may include information such as:

  • website traffic and analytics metrics;

  • Google Search Console search performance data;

  • queries, clicks, impressions, CTR, and average position;

  • landing-page or page-level performance data; and

  • other reporting information requested through the tool.

HUSAY accesses this information only after you authorize the required Google permissions and initiate the relevant feature.

Information You Provide Directly

HUSAY may also receive information you voluntarily provide, such as:

  • your name;

  • email address;

  • support requests;

  • messages submitted through the HUSAY website;

  • feature or tool requests; and

  • information you provide when purchasing or using HUSAY services.

3. How HUSAY Uses Google User Data

Google user data accessed through HUSAY is used only to provide or improve the user-facing features you choose to use.

For example, HUSAY SEO Suite may retrieve authorized Google Analytics or Search Console information and place or process that information inside your Google Sheet.

HUSAY does not use Google user data for:

  • advertising or ad targeting;

  • selling or renting user information;

  • data brokerage;

  • determining creditworthiness;

  • unrelated marketing purposes; or

  • training general-purpose artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

HUSAY requests only the Google permissions necessary for the features provided by the applicable tool.

4. How HUSAY Processes Your Data

HUSAY tools are primarily built using Google Sheets, Google Workspace, Google Apps Script, and authorized Google APIs.

Google Apps Script executes through Google's infrastructure. When you run a HUSAY feature, information may be processed through Google services in order to perform the action you requested.

For example, when using HUSAY SEO Suite:

  1. You authorize the required Google permissions.

  2. You choose the data or report you want to retrieve.

  3. HUSAY requests the authorized information from the applicable Google service.

  4. The information is processed through the HUSAY workflow.

  5. Results are written to or displayed within your Google Sheet.

HUSAY does not require you to manually export and upload your Google Analytics or Search Console data to HUSAY.

5. Google User Data Storage and Retention

HUSAY does not maintain an independent external database containing your Google Analytics data, Google Search Console data, or the contents of your Google Sheets.

Data retrieved by a HUSAY tool is processed as necessary to complete the action you requested and may be written to your Google Sheet.

Information that remains in your Google Sheet is stored within your Google account and is subject to Google's own data storage and privacy practices.

HUSAY may retain limited non-content information when necessary to operate the service, such as account or licensing information, credit balances, transaction references, support communications, or technical information required to maintain HUSAY features.

This operational information does not include the underlying Google Analytics, Search Console, or spreadsheet content processed by HUSAY unless you intentionally provide that information to HUSAY for support.

6. Human Access to Google User Data

HUSAY does not manually review your Google Analytics, Search Console, or Google Sheets data as part of normal use of the service.

Human access may occur only when reasonably necessary, such as:

  • when you explicitly provide information or request assistance with a support issue;

  • to investigate security, fraud, abuse, or technical problems;

  • when required by applicable law; or

  • when you otherwise provide explicit permission.

7. Sharing of Information

HUSAY does not sell, rent, or trade Google user data.

Google user data is not transferred to third parties for advertising, data brokerage, or unrelated commercial purposes.

Information may be processed by service providers only when necessary to operate HUSAY, complete a service requested by you, process payments, provide infrastructure, or comply with applicable law.

Where HUSAY uses Google services, your information may also be processed by Google according to Google's applicable terms and privacy policies.

8. Google API Services User Data Policy

HUSAY's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

HUSAY uses Google user data only to provide or improve user-facing features that are visible and relevant to the functionality requested by the user.

9. OAuth Permissions and Revoking Access

HUSAY uses Google's OAuth authorization system when access to your Google Account or Google services is required.

You control whether HUSAY receives this access.

You can review or revoke HUSAY's access at any time through your Google Account's connected apps or third-party access settings.

After access is revoked, HUSAY will no longer be able to access the Google services covered by that authorization unless you authorize the application again.

Revoking access does not automatically delete information that already exists inside spreadsheets or other files in your Google account. You remain in control of those files and can delete them directly through Google.

10. Payments and Credits

If you purchase HUSAY credits, tools, or other paid services, payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment provider.

HUSAY may receive information necessary to confirm and manage your purchase, such as the payment status, transaction reference, amount, date, or associated account.

HUSAY does not intentionally collect or store complete payment-card details when those details are handled directly by a payment provider.

Certain transaction records may be retained where necessary for accounting, fraud prevention, customer support, or legal obligations.

11. Contact Forms and Support

When you contact HUSAY, submit a tool request, or request support, HUSAY may retain the information you provide so that we can respond to your request and maintain appropriate support records.

Do not send passwords or other sensitive authentication credentials through HUSAY contact forms or support messages.

12. Security

HUSAY takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed through its services.

HUSAY relies on Google's OAuth authorization system rather than requesting your Google password directly.

However, no online system or method of electronic processing can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own Google Accounts and for reviewing the permissions they grant to applications.

13. Your Choices and Data Deletion

You may:

  • revoke HUSAY's Google Account permissions at any time through your Google Account settings;

  • remove data generated by HUSAY from your own Google Sheets or Google Drive;

  • stop using or uninstall a HUSAY add-on;

  • request deletion of personal information that HUSAY independently maintains about you, where applicable.

To request deletion of HUSAY-held account, support, or other personal information, contact HUSAY through the Contact Us form on the HUSAY website.

Some information may be retained when required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or security purposes.

14. Third-Party Services

HUSAY may interact with third-party platforms and services, including Google Workspace and Google APIs.

Your use of those services is also subject to the applicable provider's terms and privacy policies.

HUSAY is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services that it does not control.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

HUSAY may update this Privacy Policy as its tools, features, or legal requirements change.

When material changes are made, the updated policy will be published on the HUSAY website with a revised effective date.

You should review this page periodically for updates.
