Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HUSAY, including the HUSAY website, Google Sheets extensions, Google Workspace add-ons, tools, features, and related services.
By installing, accessing, purchasing, or using HUSAY, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use HUSAY.
1. About HUSAY
HUSAY develops tools that extend Google Sheets and Google Workspace to simplify repetitive, time-consuming, or complex tasks.
HUSAY tools may retrieve information, perform calculations, organize data, generate reports, analyze information, create forecasts, or automate portions of a workflow.
HUSAY is an independent product and is not created, operated, sponsored, or endorsed by Google.
2. Eligibility and Your Account
You are responsible for using HUSAY only in accordance with applicable laws and the rules applicable to your Google account or organization.
Some HUSAY features require authorization through your Google account using Google's OAuth system.
You are responsible for:
maintaining the security of your Google account;
reviewing the permissions requested by HUSAY;
ensuring that you are authorized to access any accounts, properties, spreadsheets, websites, or data you connect to HUSAY; and
revoking access if you no longer want HUSAY to interact with your Google account.
HUSAY does not request or receive your Google account password.
3. HUSAY Is a Productivity Tool
HUSAY is designed to assist with tasks and workflows. It is not intended to replace your own judgment, professional review, or responsibility for the accuracy of your work.
HUSAY may automate steps that a user would otherwise perform manually, but automation does not eliminate the possibility of errors.
You remain responsible for reviewing and verifying information before relying on it.
4. Accuracy of Data and Results
HUSAY aims to provide accurate and useful results, but no software, automated process, formula, API connection, calculation, report, forecast, or data transformation can be guaranteed to be completely error-free.
Results may be affected by factors including:
incorrect or incomplete information entered by the user;
changes made to spreadsheets or formulas;
incorrect configuration or settings;
Google API availability or changes;
delays or differences in third-party data;
filters, attribution settings, date ranges, time zones, sampling, or data-processing methods;
changes to Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Workspace, or other connected services;
temporary technical errors;
software bugs; or
circumstances outside HUSAY's reasonable control.
You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and confirming HUSAY outputs before using them for client reports, financial decisions, tax calculations, business decisions, contractual commitments, regulatory submissions, purchases, investments, or other important purposes.
Do not rely solely on a HUSAY-generated result where an incorrect result could cause financial, business, legal, regulatory, or other material consequences.
Where appropriate, compare important results with the original source data.
5. Third-Party Data
Some HUSAY tools retrieve or process information provided by third-party services, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Sheets, and other Google services.
HUSAY does not control the accuracy, completeness, availability, processing methods, definitions, delays, or continued availability of third-party data.
A difference between data displayed by HUSAY and information displayed directly by a third-party service does not necessarily mean either result is incorrect. Differences may result from timing, API processing, attribution, filters, data freshness, definitions, or changes made by the third-party service.
HUSAY is not responsible for errors originating from third-party systems or data sources outside HUSAY's control.
6. SEO and Analytics Information
HUSAY SEO tools are designed to help users retrieve, organize, analyze, and understand available SEO and analytics information.
SEO information, search performance, rankings, average positions, traffic, impressions, clicks, conversions, and other metrics may change over time and may be affected by third-party algorithms and data-processing methods.
HUSAY does not guarantee:
specific rankings;
increased website traffic;
sales or conversions;
specific SEO outcomes;
continued access to particular Google data;
identical results between HUSAY and another SEO platform; or
future search-engine performance.
Google Search Console metrics such as average position are based on Google's reported data and should not necessarily be interpreted as a fixed real-time search ranking.
7. Financial and Money-Planning Tools
Any HUSAY feature involving budgets, savings, expenses, forecasts, pricing, margins, taxes, debt, travel budgets, financial goals, or similar calculations is provided for informational and planning purposes only.
HUSAY does not provide financial, investment, accounting, tax, insurance, or legal advice.
Financial projections and simulations are estimates based on information supplied by the user and assumptions used by the tool.
Actual results may differ.
You are responsible for confirming financial calculations and consulting an appropriately qualified professional when professional advice is required.
HUSAY should not be used as the sole basis for tax filings, investment decisions, lending decisions, legal obligations, or other regulated financial activities.
8. User Inputs
The quality and accuracy of HUSAY results depend partly on the information provided to the tool.
You are responsible for ensuring that information you enter, import, select, or authorize is accurate, complete, and appropriate for the intended purpose.
HUSAY is not responsible for incorrect results caused by inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, incorrectly categorized, or improperly configured user information.
9. Changes to Third-Party Services
HUSAY relies on services and technologies provided by third parties, including Google.
Those providers may change their APIs, permissions, data structures, authentication requirements, limits, policies, features, pricing, or availability at any time.
Such changes may temporarily or permanently affect a HUSAY feature.
HUSAY may modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue affected features when necessary.
10. Availability of HUSAY
HUSAY aims to keep its tools available and functional, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Maintenance, software updates, Google service interruptions, API changes, internet connectivity problems, bugs, security concerns, or circumstances outside HUSAY's control may result in temporary or permanent interruptions.
HUSAY may update, improve, modify, replace, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.
11. Beta, Preview, and Experimental Features
Some features may be identified as beta, preview, experimental, early access, or under development.
These features may be incomplete, changed substantially, or discontinued and may contain more errors than generally available features.
You should exercise additional caution when relying on beta or experimental outputs.
12. Payments and Credits
Some HUSAY tools or features may require payment or the purchase of credits.
Pricing, included usage, credit requirements, and other purchase information will be displayed before or in connection with the applicable purchase.
You are responsible for reviewing the applicable pricing and product description before completing a purchase.
Purchased HUSAY Credits may be used with supported credit-based HUSAY tools. Tool availability and credit requirements vary, and purchasing credits does not guarantee access to every present or future HUSAY tool or feature.
Taxes, payment-processing requirements, and currency conversion may apply depending on your payment method and location.
13. Refunds
Refund eligibility, where applicable, is subject to the refund policy presented at the time of purchase and any rights provided under applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms removes or limits a refund, cancellation, warranty, or other consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
If you believe a purchase was made incorrectly or a HUSAY service did not function as described, contact HUSAY through the available support or contact channel.
14. Acceptable Use
You may not use HUSAY to:
violate applicable law;
gain unauthorized access to another person's account or information;
process information you do not have permission to access;
interfere with or disrupt HUSAY or connected services;
bypass usage limits, credits, payment mechanisms, or access controls;
reverse engineer, copy, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit HUSAY except where expressly permitted;
introduce malicious code or attempt to compromise the security of HUSAY or other users; or
use HUSAY in a manner that violates Google's applicable terms or policies.
HUSAY may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, fraud, security threats, or violations of these Terms.
15. Intellectual Property
HUSAY and its original software, interfaces, branding, documentation, designs, workflows, and related materials are owned by HUSAY or its applicable licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Using HUSAY does not transfer ownership of HUSAY software or intellectual property to you.
You retain ownership of your own spreadsheets, information, content, and data.
Subject to these Terms, HUSAY grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the applicable HUSAY tools for their intended purpose.
16. Privacy
Your use of HUSAY is also governed by the HUSAY Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how HUSAY accesses, processes, stores, and handles information, including information accessed through Google APIs.
By using HUSAY, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HUSAY is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
HUSAY does not warrant that:
every result will be completely accurate or error-free;
all features will operate without interruption;
all third-party data will always be available;
every tool will meet every user's individual requirements;
defects will always be corrected immediately; or
a particular business, SEO, financial, operational, or other outcome will occur.
Where applicable law provides warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded, those rights remain unaffected.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HUSAY and its owner, developer, operators, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or similar damages arising from or related to the use of HUSAY.
This includes, where legally permitted, loss of:
profits or revenue;
business opportunities;
anticipated savings;
customers;
goodwill;
data;
search visibility;
rankings;
advertising performance; or
other business or financial opportunities.
HUSAY is not responsible for losses resulting from a user's failure to review or verify information before relying on it.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HUSAY's total aggregate liability arising from a claim related to a paid HUSAY product or service will not exceed the amount actually paid by the user to HUSAY for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
19. User Responsibility for Important Decisions
HUSAY is intended to assist your work, not make final decisions on your behalf.
You are solely responsible for deciding whether HUSAY-generated information is appropriate for your intended use.
Before sending a report to a client, filing information with an authority, making a financial commitment, placing an order, changing a business strategy, submitting tax information, or otherwise acting on important information, you should verify the relevant figures and source data.
Use of HUSAY does not transfer responsibility for your professional, business, financial, or personal decisions to HUSAY.
20. Support and Error Reporting
If you believe HUSAY has produced an incorrect result or is not functioning as described, please report the issue through the HUSAY support or contact channel.
When possible, provide enough information for the issue to be investigated without providing passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
HUSAY may correct confirmed software issues, but cannot guarantee that every reported issue can be reproduced or immediately resolved.
21. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using HUSAY at any time and may revoke its Google permissions through your Google Account.
HUSAY may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of:
violation of these Terms;
misuse or abuse of the service;
fraud or attempted fraud;
security concerns;
legal requirements;
nonpayment where payment is required; or
discontinuation of a product or service.
Termination does not automatically remove information already stored in your own Google Sheets or Google Drive.
22. Changes to These Terms
HUSAY may update these Terms as its tools, features, business practices, or legal requirements change.
The updated Terms will be published on the HUSAY website with a revised effective date.
For material changes, HUSAY may provide additional notice where reasonably appropriate.
Continued use of HUSAY after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
23. Applicable Rights and Law
These Terms are subject to applicable laws and mandatory consumer protections.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive, restrict, or exclude any right or liability that cannot legally be waived or excluded.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
24. Contact and Complaints
Questions, support requests, complaints, or concerns regarding HUSAY may be submitted through the Contact Us or support channel provided on the HUSAY website.
HUSAY will make reasonable efforts to review and respond to valid support and service concerns.
25. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the HUSAY Privacy Policy and any product-specific terms presented at purchase or use, form the agreement governing your use of HUSAY.
If product-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the product-specific terms will control for that particular product to the extent of the conflict.
